Robert Fiske is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Chief Executives Guild.

He has been bringing small, medium and large company chief executives together since 1995.

Robert's passion is working with chief executives, both collectively and individually—serving as curator, convener, connector, coach, and confidant—helping chief executives increase performance, deepen personal fulfillment, and achieve the life and legacy they desire.

His professional leadership experience includes serving as a CEO, president, managing partner, Fortune 500 executive, and executive coach.

Jeannie has coached over 500 executives, including those at the highest levels in both the private and public sectors.

Prior to her work as a coach and consultant, Ms. Coyle served as Senior Vice President of HR at American Express and Head of Leadership Development at Bank of America.

The author of "Make Talent Your Business," Jeannie is a nationally known expert and speaker in the field of strategic talent management, providing CEOS with sound talent driven strategy implementation advice.

She has also taught at the MBA programs of Portland State University.

Vicky Trabosh has been coaching and advising top business leaders since 2003. She has over 40 years of business experience leading a range of companies and teams.

Past titles include Managing Director of the Private Client Group in U.S. Bank, President of VHT Conservatorships, and Controller, Allied Decals. Ms. Trabosh has a B.S. in Business from Indiana University, trained at Coach University and is certified by the Center for Executive Coaching.

She is an author and featured columnist, and a frequent speaker to national and international audiences.

Sydney Joyner has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant and coach working with CEOs of all size companies on their leadership and team development strategies, business issues, and organizational dynamics.

Sydney has served on the boards of Oregon Public Broadcast, ACG, Oregon College of Art & Craft, and the Portland Creative Conference. She holds an MBA from Marylhurst University.

She has also taught as an adjunct professor in Organizational Design and Leadership at Portland State and Marylhurst University.
